"Over a span of nearly ten years, I served as point-person on our association’s efforts to create
partnerships of often adversary stakeholders in a dozen or more states to create often groundbreaking,
always controversial legislation to legally, safely and relatively promptly restore driving privileges to
people arrested for and/or convicted of alcohol-impaired driving violations.
